“Heart to Heart Concert” by Kyiv National Academic Operetta’s Theatre at the Studio Bastille in Paris

On 16 December, the Paris national Opera hosted at the Studio Bastille, in collaboration with FEDORA, the charitable “Heart to Heart Concert” performed by artists of FEDORA’s Member, the Kyiv National Academic Operetta’s Theatre, benefiting artists in the Ukraine, in the presence of His Excellency Vadym Omelchenko (Ambassador to France of the Ukraine) and Bogdan Strutinsky, General and Artistic Director of the Kyiv National Academic Operetta’s Theatre.
“In these uncertain times, art has the ability to transcend borders and languages, speaking to the very essence of our shared humanity. The FEDORA Platform’s mission, rooted in the conviction that a united Europe can be forged through the transformative power of music and culture, has never been more relevant. As we find ourselves in the midst of a conflict-ridden world, our thoughts turn to Ukraine and its artists, who have shown remarkable resilience while facing adversity.”

The programme included works by Ukrainian, French and European composers, performed by the talented Ukrainian singers Halyna Gregorchak-Odrynska, Tamara Khodakova and Valeriia Tulis, accompanied by pianist Olga Savaitan. Through the language of music, they spoke of the dreams and hopes of the Ukrainian people.
